Vehicle listings displayed on the CarWikiz website are subject to real-time market availability. Prices, specifications, mileage, and features may change without notice depending on market conditions or supplier updates. CarWikiz strives to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all listings are free from typographical errors or omissions.

Clients are responsible for the following before purchase confirmation:

• Reviewing vehicle condition reports, high-resolution media, and VIN history before wire execution
• Confirming final FOB/CIF pricing, freight schedules, and ocean shipping terms
• Understanding national import regulations, age limits, and tax structures in their destination country (e.g., URA regulations in Uganda)

CarWikiz provides experienced guidance, but statutory compliance with national import laws remains the ultimate responsibility of the buyer.

Payments for vehicles, inspection coordination, or spare parts may be required in advance or in agreed commercial installments depending on the transaction. All transactions are handled in person at our Kampala contact shop (Mabilizi Complex Shop A01) or via direct bank wire to our verified Corporate Dollar Account. Payment protocols are confirmed in writing before processing any vehicle shipment.

CarWikiz Auto Dealers shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by maritime carriers, shipping routes, or destination port congestion
• Customs clearance delays or tax re-evaluations conducted by destination revenue authorities
• Third-party carrier damages occurring while cargo is in maritime transit
• Import age restrictions or regulatory statutory changes enacted by destination governments

All website content including photography, technical inspection breakdowns, logos, trademarks, code, and editorial guides are the proprietary intellectual property of CarWikiz Auto Dealers and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Once a vehicle purchase is finalized with the UAE dealership/auction and export papers are drafted, refunds cannot be granted due to statutory title transfers and export deregistration fees.

Refunds will be promptly authorized under the following conditions:

• Vehicle becomes unavailable or fails physical mechanical inspection prior to shipment
• The seller/auction fails to deliver the verified vehicle matching the agreed specification
• Verified administrative banking or currency transfer discrepancies

All approved refunds are settled via bank transfer within 7 to 14 business days.

Fees allocated to physical 100+ point pre-purchase inspections or UNBS/QISJ certifications are non-refundable once technical labor has commenced. Third-party maritime freight cancellations are governed by the ocean carrier's statutory bill of lading policies.
